okie how i start today tennis was lyke super tiring lah!
ran about 2.7++ km my legs lyke gonna break already.
starting was physical exercises for 20 mins straight and 200 times of skipping.ok...
then it was the running one.
i got sabo from one of my coach to be the demostrater in front of everybody. so suay
must count out loud and all sianz.
so run run run got nagged by coach say i didn put in my best. overshot the time.
hello...how fit u want me to be? erm..
yeah all the calories all burnt off becoz of tennis.
so ya. haix...nvm gonna pamper myself with food now.
going off to the food world! charles=)
toodles have fun in wateva u do as long as u put in your best. results doesnt matter
lesson learnt today.
